I was born 1988 in Maiduguri, Borno state, Nigeria. After my primary and secondary education, I proceeded to University of Maiduguri in where I obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Bachelor of Science in Geology.

I possess the ability to execute my duties efficiently. With a good skill, I relate well and work well in any organization I find myself in and seek more efficient ways of getting things done.

In kicking off my career, I worked as a volunteer/Enumerator with WFP I was saddled with the responsibility of General Food Distribution Monitoring and I later joined Search for common ground, as an Enterprise Assistant My Responsibilities and Achievements were, Supporting the Socio-Economic Reintegration of Children Associated with Armed Groups, and other vulnerable children, in Dikwa and Maiduguri. I also supported the coordination of all training activities that will take place in targeted communities. As such I have acquired considerable years of experience working with different organizations and this has exposed me to different operational working environment, which has contributed immensely in dispatching my duties effectively. 

I am a Kanuri form Dikwa local government of Borno State. My hobbies are Reading, Research, Traveling, playing football and Meeting new people.

Worked as Child protection Case Management Officer at Search for common ground, Maiduguri from 2022 to 2023.

My Professional experience are;

Supports the direct implementation of the “Supporting the Socio-Economic Reintegration of Children Associated with Armed Groups, and other vulnerable children, in North East Nigeria” project through ensuring the provision of case management services for children in need of protection, in addition to supervising, mentoring and technical support to Case Management Assistants and Community Case Workers. 

• Ensure alignment with Inter-Agency Case Management Guidelines, standardized operating procedures and tools.
• Adherence to key child protection principles including best interests of the child and do no harm.
• Ensure adherence to child safeguarding and Code of Conduct. Ensure any violations are escalated to the Child Protection Manager in a timely manner.
• Together with the Child Protection Manager, ensure the establishment and implementation of work plans, setting clear targets and activity plans.
• Ensure suitable allocation of Case Management Assistants and Community Case Workers across the range of target communities to ensure adequate coverage for beneficiary children.
• Ensure that Case Management Assistants and Community Case Workers follow case management steps ensuring that each step is properly implemented and documented in the individual’s file.

Worked as Enterprise Assistant At Search for common ground, from 2020 to 2021.

working experience are;

• Supported the Socio-Economic Reintegration of Children Associated with Armed Groups, and other vulnerable children, in North East Nigeria. 
• Supported the coordination of all training activities that will take place in targeted communities. 
• Supported the Case Management Team in Identification and Registering other vulnerable child (OVC’s) in Dikwa community using the KOBO COLLECT APP.
• Coordinated trainings for enterprise beneficiary children to ensure they are equipped with technical skills, knowledge. and ensure Children of legal age are matched with mentors from their local community to develop skills through informal apprenticeships, before then being supported with seed grants to procure basic items to set up small scale businesses in their area of skills development. 

A graduate of Postgraduate diploma in public Administration and a B.sc in geology from the University of Maiduguri.
