SUMMARY
I am self-motivated with an interest and extensive experience in molecular diagnostics, clinical routine microbiology procedures, laboratory evaluation and monitoring, laboratory regulation and communication management skills, data analysis, and reporting.  I am also able to play a key role in analyzing problems and coming up with creative solutions. I hope to make my contribution to the development of the institution with my excellent interpersonal relationship skills while I acquire more experience in laboratory management, consulting, and decision-making.

• Reviewed recent literature on MRSA in healthy Nigerians
• Collected 100 nasal swabs, demographic and environmental information from asymptomatic healthy students within the ten faculties of the institution
• Used cultured-based methods to grow and isolate Staphylococcus spp.; Organism identification was done using morphological characteristics and biochemical assay
• Assessed the antibiotic-resistant profile of isolates using the Kirby and Bauer disc diffusion method
