Summary – responsible for driving process improvement, developing & implementing strategy, driving productivity, managing quality setting KPI, driving/aligning operational excellence plans across company, co-ordination of QHSE activities covering all operations, responsible for all corporate QHSE activities as it applies to projects for compliance, evaluate safety reports and recommend action taken, prepare and issue safety plans for comment approval, collate safety data, evaluate progress and issue monthly record for publication.

Key Accomplishments
- Implement the QA/QC management system at site
- Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors
- Coordinate all non-destructive testing on site
- Coordinate with the customer’s representative on al quality matters
- Coordinate all receipt inspections
- Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site sub-contractors
- Verify that the quality related site activities are accordance with the applicable codes and standards
- Participate in the site internal & external site audits
- Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
- Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action
- Monitor the implementation of the approved QC plan
- Complete and coordinate the approval of the site QC technical submittals to the customer
- Ensure safety is adhered to at site
- Assure all technical document relative to site quality control are current
- Auditing/Verification of service providers
- Led compliance for testing procedure and implemented recommendations for fit for equipment on field
- Managed HSE compliance/regulatory requirements; interfaced with Nigeria regulatory agencies
- Conducted Gap Assessments; identified gaps, implement gap closure plans, document gap closure evidence.
- Coordinate with teams to develop and measure KPI’s and report them with plans to implement/improve performance KPI’s.
- Facilitated supplier quality management: internal, external, 3rd party supplier audits as per industry standards.
- Carried out HAZOP studies as well as other risk assessments & root cause analysis for 15 failure cases: implemented corrective actions plans, collated equipment failure rates, carried out data analysis, failure classification: achieved 90% success rate.
- Provide advice & assistance to line managers and supervisors on all aspects of safety & occupational health concerning early production facility, well test & produced water filtration.
- Advises on environmental issues where appropriate, with support from specialist environment advisors.
- Provides advice and guidance to line managers and supervisor on all matters related to hazards identification & risk management.
- Develops & reviews emergency response plans.
- Ensures that all emergency response team are filled by appropriately trained, competent and experienced personnel and regular exercises are conducted.
- Investigates and conducts incident investigations, recording, and reporting all incidents to identify causes and provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
- Ensure relevant HSE legislation, company HSE standards and industry best practices are complied with and that HSE manuals, procedures, instructions, and documentation are reviewed and updated regularly.
- Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times.
