Project planning, implementation, and evaluation to support Global Fund and CDC/PEPFAR funded projects on adolescent, sexual and reproductive health and rights project, ANC, PMTCT, Gender Based Violence (GBV), Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), Malaria, TB, COVID-19 across 43 Local Government Areas in Ogun and Ondo States, Nigeria.
Supervise data collection across implementing entities and ensure data quality through random verification and validation while preserving data safety and accessibility. 
Manage over 35 health facilities and 115 ad hoc staff, ensuring current treatment for 30,000+ patients. 
Provide technical assistance to facility Data Entry Assistants, Health Informatics Clerks, and Community Data Entry Assistants to ensure data quality standards are met. Conduct routine on-site and off-site database cleaning and uploading to NDR for designated facilities. 
Support deployment and monitoring of health informatics infrastructure across facilities.
Review, validate, and conduct checks on all data, including EMR extracts, before uploading and submitting to the country office and state level for upload to Center for Diseases control and Prevention (CDC) -National Data Repository and PHIS3 portal on quarterly, semiannual, and annual reporting cycles for assigned supported entities. 
Support other program areas in meeting program objectives, such as commodity management, usage, distribution, and consumption, Laboratory Information Management System-Electronic Medical Record System interoperability, and Regency surveillance in the state.
Utilize OPEN-MRS and NMRS to collect data and deploy relevant hardware, software, and database tools to new sites as identified by Program management.
Support data review and validation activities, including Data Quality Assurance.
Provide technical field implementation support for electronic information systems used by the health informatics unit, including NMRS, Referral Database, and other software or database tools. Provide technical leadership to assist other team members in deploying actual modules and patches where necessary while ensuring all software deployment is done according to established standards and procedures.
Troubleshoot server systems and networks, automate backup and restore operations of business applications, and maintain/support implemented systems to ensure high end-user satisfaction program use in the state.
