I am excited about the prospect of working as a healthcare support/assistant, having previously worked and volunteered in similar capacities. I am a firm believer that health, happiness, and well-being are critical components of people's lives, particularly when it comes to delivering them joy and fulfillment. I am enthusiastic about assisting individuals in discovering their individuality, achieving happiness, and finding fulfillment, whether they are young, elderly, or persons living with disabilities, by providing care and support that enables them to live a wonderful everyday life and achieve happiness. This is why I admire individuals that make a positive impact in the lives of others, such as those in the health business.

Additionally, I am a people person who is outgoing and easy to connect with new individuals. I have worked in jobs that enable me to engage with others, and my goal is to continue working in roles that allow me to interact with others, spread happiness, and assist them with their well-being. This thrills me considerably since it provides me with total work fulfillment.

After studying mass communication, and realizing how passionate I am about assisting and caring for people, particularly the elderly, I pursued a master's degree in health communication, an aspect of mass communication that enhances your care and communication skills in order to effectively assist people in achieving well-being and sound mind. This matches my nature wonderfully since it brings me tremendous satisfaction each time I provide assistance and the recipient is pleased. Their grins provide me inexplicable joy, and I look forward to experiencing it each time I leave home.

Additionally, as a result of my interest in health care assistant jobs, I attended an advanced health care course to widen my knowledge in this my love area and to allow me the chance to work with wonderful organisations like yours that provide care and assistance to people in need.

My talents have been honed and I have gotten even more assertive over the course of my over five years in the health care profession. I have established positive working relationships with physicians, patients, and their family. As a nursing assistant, I became acquainted with vital sign monitoring, decontamination exercises, record keeping, vaccination and data gathering, proper handovers, and nutritious meal preparation for patients. I have developed observational and detail-oriented abilities to ensure the safety of our patients and personnel. I watch for symptoms of relapse and quickly notify the on-duty nurse. Additionally, I assist with cleaning patients' rooms to help reduce the risk of illness or re-infection and to enhance their quality of life.

I like providing care and support to our patients, bringing smiles to their faces, accompanying them to appointments, engaging them in recreational activities, listening to their problems, and reassuring them. I have extensive expertise and understanding in caring for and supporting children, the elderly, and those with disabilities.

As a team member, I advocate for and assure individual autonomy, choice, and quality of life, while always providing personal and oral care in accordance with each patient's care plan. I guarantee that patient records are kept private and that critical health and safety issues are recorded and reported in line with established policies and procedures. I verified that all health and safety assessments were completed on time and that all repairs were properly documented.
