I'm a surveying engineer with around 6 years of practical experience in GIS, and a master's degree in urban planning.

I am currently working in Nigeria on two parallel projects, Edo state regional development plan, and the Benin city Master plan as a resident planner and GIS analyst.

I won't require any kind of sponsorship to work in the EU as my spouse is French and I should be able to get the residency easily.

I'm a surveying engineer with a master degree in urban planning and I have been working as a GIS analyst for 5 years. I have a background in coding that I learned during my studies and I recently took some Python courses. I worked in creating Geodatabases for municipalities in Lebanon, then creating the GIS maps for strategic plans in several regions of Lebanon. I gained practical experience in disaster management and emergency response as the head of Information management department in Frontline Engineers, an NPO that was created as a response to the explosion that happened in the Port of Beirut, where I was responsible for organizing the data collection process, creating the online questionnaires, testing, cleaning, and analyzing the data, then creating visual outputs, GIS maps, and reports for the purpose of determining priorities of assistance for individuals or structures.

Currently, I am in Edo State Nigeria working on the master plan of Benin city and the regional development plan of Edo state. I have two roles, a GIS analyst and the resident urban planner. I liaise with the local authorities, collect the needed information from the state and federal ministries, ensure that ideas are feasible with my local knowledge of the state, and present the findings of our work to the state government. We are also handling the land ownership system of 4 states in Nigeria, we work on the transition of the land ownership from the traditional system (paper based) to a digitised system.
