• Effective shift coverage.
• Execute walk about on machines to ensure it’s in good working condition and to note any defect for repairs.
• Execute machine PMs on plant machineries. E.g. Coating pan, Gum process line, Die-set, Mentos process 
line, Blister pack, Bosch & Eurosicma (pillow & multi pack), Stick pan, AHU (air handling unit) etc.
• Fix machine failures to avoid breakdown.
• Track spare availability, usage and ordering from OEM.
• Ensure machine area and workshop area adhere strictly to safety standards.
• Drive departmental KPI e.g. MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance cost analysis.
• Drive strict adherence to all safety standards e.g. LOTTO, permit to work etc.
• Record and document faults and likely solution for reference purpose and also conducted root cause analysis
to avoid future occurrence.
• Adhered strictly to checklist.
