Aji is Monitoring, Evaluation, research and Learning officer with over Fifteen (15) months experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, data validation, data collection and training of data collectors in achieving Health Nigeria initiatives (AHNi).

previously was a Data Analyst and public servant with 6 years’ experience in Data Management and organizational developments. He is familiarity with NHMIS and adept in managing DHIS2 platform especially in ensuring data quality through data checks to identify and flag issues across the reporting health facilities in Yobe state and give feedback to relevant facilities and LGAs M&E officers. He provides direct technical support to facility and LGA M&E focal persons on data management.

He also conducts analysis of service utilization data reported via the DHIS2 platform to support decision making and populate quarterly RMNCAH+N Scorecard indicators for accountability measures and way to know where and how to improve in Yobe State. for accountability measures and way to know where and how to improve in Yobe State.
