WORK EXPERIENCE

Strategic Information Assistant (SIA) | Catholic Caritas Foundation of Nigeria (CCFN), Imo State, May 2022 – Date.

• Support data collection, collation and reporting of HIV Testing Services (HTS) in the facility. 
• Conduct routine data quality validation/audit and provide regular feedbacks to improve the quality of data. 
• Assist with revision of data collection tools and make recommendations based on observations at the field level.
• Conduct timely and complete data entry from paper based sources to Electronic Medical Record System.
• Assist in training new outreach workers on data collection tools, including referrals, reporting and database.
• Assist in development of monthly, quarterly, and other reports on all indicators for submission and review by supervisors.
• Assist in development of data analysis presentations and progress tracking at regional level.
• Maintain security of data tools at all times, including protecting the confidentiality of records and data.

• Daily enrolment of new client and update of client information (ART care, HTS, KP) on the EMR using the NOMIS database

• Creation of awareness on the transmission of COVID-19.
• Educate the masses on the best preventive measures to be taken in other to stop the spread of COVID-19.
• Distribution of free nose mask (face mask) and hand sanitizer to the masses.
