• Appropriately diagnosed HIV/AIDS patients, provided quality antiretroviral therapy and DOTS services based on Standard treatment guidelines to newly enrolled adult/pediatric HIV patients. 
• Accurately documented ART and DOTS services provided, and actively involved with PMTCT and HIV exposed infant’s follow-up. 
• Conducted prophylactic management for vulnerable and at-risk patients and routinely assessed and reinforced adherence counseling for 15- 30 follow-up patients daily.

• Led a team of staff members to conduct supportive supervisory visits to World Bank-supported HIV counseling and testing sites to provide technical assistance, capacity building, and mentorship of health workers. 
• Implemented the Ministry of health /World Bank work plan for HIV prevention interventions as part of health care response to HIV infection. 
• Effectively coordinated quarterly meetings with the heads of private health care facilities across the state to discuss strategies to improve linkage and referrals of key populations of HIV prevention service.
• Collaborated with the Monitoring and evaluation team to ensure data collected is accurate and valid, also wrote and promptly submitted monthly and quarterly reports on implemented activities.
