Rotating Equipment/Maintenance Engineer (FPSO)

ORGANIZATTION: ExxonMobil

DURATION: Nov 2021 - Present

Improve rotating equipment efficiency through upgrading programs and initiatives.

Monitor and analyze the reliability performance of rotating equipment, and take

corrective actions to close gaps.

Collect and maintain a reliability databank based on fleet and industry reliability data.

Calculate reliability figures such as MTBF, reliability, and availability.

Analyze data to support efficient asset management and develop an asset risk

inventory to mitigate.

Conduct RCA and deep dives on recurring downtime events, and propose corrective

actions to prevent reoccurrences.

Collaborate with maintenance and supply chain departments to advise on stock level

control of spares based on reliability analysis.

Design, specify, inspect, test, and commission new or upgraded rotating equipment

systems.

Provide technical input on consultant and contractor selection and management of

external specialist consultants and contractors.

Participate in design reviews, HAZID, and HAZOP studies.

Review performance standards for safety-critical elements related to mechanical

equipment.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables for areas of responsibility.
