I have an excellent skill in developing and upholding operational policies that promote workers’ productivity, with Excellent Leadership, communication, and organizational skills I can enhance revenue growth and customer base, leading to increase sales growth. I also have experience in spearheading and executing sales & marketing strategies, business development ideas, sales forecast, establishing performance management, team capability development, and cost reduction techniques that ensure appropriate positioning of companies for actualization of organizational goals.

Currently the Managing Director of Atiat Insurance Brokers with the responsibility for the overall operations of the company, I have over 22 years of unbroken and consistent experience working across all sections of the insurance industry, coordinating, meeting and exceeding insurance sales growth and also skilled at designing insurance policies that suit targeted clients in both general (non-life) and life, Insurance businesses.

I have worked with several insurance organizations (Insurers and Brokers) companies including Capital Express, Fortune Assurance, Cornerstone Ins, Coronation, Metropolitan Life, Tangerine ,  and Marsh Ins Brokers  and accomplished several contracts that did not only increase revenue growth but as well increased the companies’ visibility and integrity.

I am an MSC holder in Business administration (Strategic Management Options), master’s in business administration (MBA), diploma in Insurance and Investment Management, associate member of the Chartered Insurance Instituteof Nigeria(A CIIN), NAICOM,Certified Bancassurance professional, member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London, and an Associate Member of NigerianInstitute of Management (AMNIM) and Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Science &Technology. (ANIST)

 have just commenced (Aug 2022) a PhD in strategic Management program in Babcock university to deepen my knowledge in strategic management
