I love getting into the weeds of research to drive design decisions (I’m a firm believer that asking the right questions leads to the best possible solutio). I believe that the process of going from user interviews to insights to design concepts is magical. But I also love flexing my creative muscles through visual design.

Led and manage a 7-member cross-functional team, consisting of designers developers, and program managers to develop graphic components, design system research methodologies, and layout on a fintech project.

Performed 3 User research methodologies such as survey, interview, and ethnography studies to empathize on user-centered solutions and conduct competitor analysis to give client product edge over competitors.

Conducted usability tests with more than 30 users to better understand user behaviors and usability patterns on responsive devices.

Achieved 8 out of 10 in satisfaction evaluations among potential users.

Visually present the user interface such that they meet accessibility standards and are according to the design systems, so information is easy to read easy to understand, and easy to find.
