I am an analyst, involved in business,financial and customer behavioral analysis. I have an experience working in the partnership and business development team of an insurance startup where i personally onboarded over 800 customers within 6 months. I sold insurance policies to individuals and also to companies where we onboarded 4 new partners. I have acquired training on the improvement of customer's experience, identifying causes of detractors increase, retaining promoters, i have a strong analytical mind, i am a great communicator and a team player.
