Monitor the dispensed of raw materials ensuring 100% conformity in line with batch manufacturing record (BMR).
Validates quality of raw materials through chemical analysis to achieve <0.5% product quality deviation.
Supervise the discharge of raw materials into the mixing tank following outlined standard operating and safety precautionary procedures.
Supervised production processes to ensure compliance to line clearance and production handling standards.
Provided assessments of the overall quality of production processes.
Ensured that all internal quality control procedures were implemented
Reported any identified critical compliance risks to senior management
Identified defective packaging quality of products.
Prepared quality assurance reports for each round of batch of production.
