I am an experienced fleet manager with over 5 years experience 

I examine recorded data and also extrapolate possible problems from this information, besides reroute vehicles  and change a travel schedule when needed. As a result, drivers don't waste travel time because they use routes with less traffic or road hazards.

I am good at keeping record of vehicle maintenance, history of each bus issues, shopping for parts and fuel purchase. I also  make sure vehicles are in excellent shape for performing their various functions.

I am good at vehicle planning and allocation to the various shelters that they are needed.

I am very organized and working closely with drivers and resolving issues pertaining to drivers and their buses.

I am detailed oriented, vast in doing many activities at once in a fast paced environment, able to stand for long hours working.

I am goal oriented and possess a very good communication skills.

I am adept at keeping a detailed history for every vehicle in my fleet.
