Planning and controlling of recruitment process from start to finish (receiving request, reviewing job description, posting and sourcing, interviewing, making offer)
* Responding to all employee and line managers queries
* Conducting onboarding for new employees.
* Coordinating meetings by ensuring that everything needed is set up and in place.
* Providing full-scale administrative, financial and logistical support on various projects
* Advising and guiding line managers on best practice employment law advice.
* Conducting all exit interviews and relaying information to individual departmental managers.
* Continually update employee information in the tracker
* Conducting reference and background checks for new employees
* Drawing up training calendar according to role requirements
* Reporting of HR and Admin activities, etc.
