Experience

Plant Technician; Lekki Port Power Plant, Lekki Free Trade Zone, Lagos ; Managed by Viathan Engineering LTD, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Roles as a Plant Technician includes:

  • Day to day Operations of 16MW Diesel Generators Power Plant. 
  • Planned, Preventive, Corrective and Emergency maintenance for 8 units of Caterpillar 2MW C175-16(50HZ) Diesel Generators.
  • Hourly, Daily and Weekly reports of total energy generated, Fuel consumption rate, generator running hours, Oil pressure, Fuel pressure Crankcase pressure etc.

Mechanical Technician; Zerad Energies 2, Charles Crescent Elijiji Layout, Off Ada George Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

My past projects as Mechanical Technician includes:

  • Unit-3 Generator Hydrogen Leakage, Troubleshooting and Repair, Egbin Power PLC, Egbin-Lagos State, Nigeria. (November, 2022- December, 2022).
  • Reassemble, Commissioning and Start Up of 220 MW Hitachi TCDF-26 Steam Turbine Unit-3, Egbin Power PLC, Egbin Lagos State, Nigeria. (September, 2022 - November, 2022).
  • Major Inspection on Alstom GT-13E2 (GT-12) MLX-2 Upgrade, AGIP IPP, Okpai, Kwale, Delta State, Nigeria. (June, 2022- August, 2022).
  • Total Overhauling of 220 MW Hitachi TCDF-26 Steam Turbine and Auxiliaries Unit-3, Egbin Power PLC, Egbin Lagos State, Nigeria. (May, 2022 - June, 2022).
  • Major Inspection of Alstom Gas Turbine, GT-13E2 (GT-11) for AGIP IPP, Okpai, Kwale, Delta State, Nigeria. (February-March, 2019).
  • Major Inspection of Alstom Steam Turbine (ST) in AGIP IPP, Okpai, Kwale, Delta State, Nigeria. (May - July, 2019). 
  • Major Inspection of Alstom Gas turbine GT-13E2 (GT-12) for AGIP IPP, Okpai, Kwale, Delta State, Nigeria. (June - August, 2016)
