As a junior Data Analyst, my previous experience as a data entry analyst has equipped me with valuable skills in data gathering, data cleaning, and identifying patterns to make informed decisions. Transitioning into the tech industry has been an enriching journey, during which I have completed courses on renowned platforms such as EDX (audited course), Data Camp (Scholarship through ingressiveforgood), Coursera (Scholarship from Google JA), and I am currently enrolled in the ALX Africa program with a scholarship from Mastercard. These educational experiences have solidified my passion for pursuing data analysis as a career, and I have successfully completed various projects to reinforce my skills.

I am now ready to embark on a new chapter in the world of data analysis as a Junior Data Analyst. I am deeply committed to personal and professional growth, constantly pushing myself to exceed my limits and acquire new knowledge. Embracing challenges is an integral part of my journey, and I am dedicated to continuously improving in all aspects of my work.

I have 2 years of work experience as a data entry analyst, where I demonstrated proficiency in accurately and efficiently entering data into databases or computer systems. I have a strong track record of verifying data accuracy by reviewing, correcting, and updating information. I am skilled in organizing and maintaining data records and files, as well as generating reports and extracting data as needed. I have a keen eye for detail and consistently perform data quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. Ensuring data confidentiality and security is a top priority for me. Additionally, I have effectively collaborated with other departments or teams to resolve data-related issues or queries.

I hold a degree in Economics from Osun State University. In addition to my academic background, I have pursued further education in Data Analytics. I have audited Data Analytics courses on EDX, completed guided and unguided projects on Data Camp (through a scholarship from ingressiveforgood), and gained proficiency in Python, SQL, spreadsheet analysis, and R. I have also completed a Data Analytics course on Coursera (with a scholarship from Google JA) where I successfully completed the Google Data Analytics Capstone, also gained hands-on experience in preparing, processing, visualizing, and analyzing data. I have also explored various aspects of data analysis, including data exploration, data cleaning, data visualization, and utilizing R programming. Currently, I am enrolled in the ALX Africa program with a scholarship from Mastercard, further enhancing my skills in data analytics."
