Experience

Established an automated financial processes that reduced cycle time for month end closing of books of account. Responsible for variance analysis of actuals monthly to forecast and budget forecast for $200M of annual shared service expenses.  Led negotiations with business partners to develop financial forecasts based on driver analysis of initiatives, long-term vision, and strategic plans.  Income Statement (Profit & Loss) using DAX language in Power BI.  Vertical and Horizontal Analysis report in Power BI. ➢ Scenario Analysis in Power BI to take strategic decisions by top management.  Cross-selling and market basket analysis techniques to improve sales. Owned monthly economic forecast and economic outlook of more than 5 African countries and  report to Regional CEO and CFOs for strategic decision making
