I possess excellent communication skills with the ability to act as liaison between the staff and upper management and to help motivate the staff to stay on schedule. I also have the ability to ensure the staff has the resources they need to complete projects and to meet company goals. I have the ability to conduct research on new technology to determine if it is something that would benefit your company and the ability to present my findings in writing or by giving presentations.

I have excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to locate problems as they occur within the system. I also have problem solving skills that enable me to find suitable solutions to these issues in order to get the system back up and functioning at full capacity again in a timely manner.
